The site of several game changing depositions today in Palm Desert. Sometimes it is important to take the risk and depose potential witnesses. It was confirmed two additional women were sexually harassed by the same produce manager as my client, and the store director knew of these two prior accusations when my client complained. The sexual harasser denied knowing who three of the four sexual harassment victims were (I guess he had to admit he knew my client).
I don't see the company being able to win with a harasser whose credibility consists of denying knowing who three women are of whom there is a written record of complaint about him! This sort of takes the cake and I've done 500 or more sexual harassment cases.

Tomorrow I will depose victim 3 and 4 of a supervisor who is still employed after sexually harassing 3 women besides my client. He will also explain himself tomorrow and so will his manager.
