Between people wanting to celebrate the holidays I was able to take two depositions in a Family Medical Leave Act lawsuit involving a Moreno Valley distribution center.

Slightly fewer of my Inland Empire clients will commute to work today.

Slightly fewer of my Inland Empire clients will commute to work today. However, I must say I represent quite a few warehouse workers who do not merely work from 9 to 5 on week days.

Many of my clients have swing or graveyard shifts.

The other trend in Inland Empire employment is the warehouse employees are often paid through a temporary agency, but mostly managed by the owner of the warehouse.

This seems to lead to a lot of negligence in not providing these workers the right employment rights such as Family Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leaves.
